The M&E Solutions team provides unparalleled experience in delivery of systems for road and rail tunnels.
Our staff have been responsible for the delivery of mechanical, electrical and control systems associated with major tunnels for over 30 years and have played a significant role in the delivery and completion of 16 Australian road and rail tunnels to the demanding infrastructure market.
Expectations and stringent requirements increase with every project as end users require the latest technology, high quality and the benefit of learnings from each completed project.
We bring a depth of experience as well as access to proven resources. Our team adds value from the tender phase to the development of the project M&E design, through procurement strategies, installation, commissioning and project completion.

Design and Procurement
Design and procurement are closely related activities which require careful coordination to ensure that functionality, compliance and budget are all achieved.
We have an emphasis on safety in design as well as maintainability.
A great deal of experience has been built from past projects to ensure that outcomes are optimised for both the contractor and the end user.
System Integration
A key component of road and rail tunnel projects is the management of system integration issues. These include interfaces, traceability, SIL and availability requirements.
M&E Solutions ensures that a rigorous Systems Engineering approach is adopted with proven tools that we have used successfully on many major infrastructure projects.
Planning, Construction
& Commissioning
The proven tools that ensure traceability and compliance are centred on a solid P6 program. This ensures that we are clear about where we are up to, and we can forecast with confidence.
Construction is prioritised to facilitate safe and efficient commissioning and avoids the traps that are often seen when there is excessive focus on current activities rather than anticipating the needs of subsequent activities.
